Stamps are unique to PI6 and are a lot of fun. They can be used as individual objects or in conjunction with the "paint on edges" tool. Double click on the strip you want to download and save it to your hard drive. Open PI and click on your stamp tool to activate it. Now click on the down arrow on the stamp menu at the top left of your screen. Click on "add stamp", locate the file where you saved it and click on Open. Now stamp away!
